Mike Staver

Mike Staver has spent more than 30 years helping people navigate challenges, think differently, and perform at their best. Known for making complex ideas practical, engaging, and entertaining, Mike combines compelling storytelling, counterintuitive perspectives, and real-world experience to give audiences insights they can actually put to use.

Mike is the author of Navigating Crazy: How to Live and Work Sanely in an Insane World and has influenced more than 200,000 professionals throughout his career. He has worked with organizations including Federal Express, Miracle-Ear, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and the Mayo Clinic. He also architected a training program ranked #1 on Training Magazine’s 2018 Training Top 125 list, which was later inducted into the publication’s Hall of Fame.

Mike holds degrees in Business Administration and Counseling Psychology, is a Certified Speaking Professional, and was inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame in 2022. Through compelling storytelling, counterintuitive perspectives, and practical takeaways, Mike helps audiences rethink how they approach the challenges of work and life and turn those insights into better results.

Justin Davidson

Justin Davidson serves as General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®, where he leads the Association’s legal strategy and legislative advocacy efforts. In this role, he oversees a high-performing team responsible for advancing REALTOR® interests at the State House and beyond.

In recognition of his expertise in housing policy, Governor Maura Healey appointed Justin to the Housing Advisory Council, which was charged with developing the Commonwealth’s first-ever statewide housing plan.

Prior to joining MAR in 2013, Justin spent nearly a decade working on Beacon Hill with legislators and committees in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School.

Theresa Hatton, CAE, RCE

Theresa Hatton, CAE, RCE is the Executive Vice President/CEO of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS. Theresa joined the Association in June of 2019. Prior, Theresa served as the CEO of the Greenwich Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service for 8 years. Theresa served for four years as the Executive Vice President of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS in Franklin, TN. Theresa has substantial association management experience, working as the Director of Chapter Support for the Society of Cable Telecommunication Engineers and the Director of Marketing for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association.

Prior to her non-profit experience, Theresa was the Director of Marketing for TracerNet Corporation and ViewGate Networks. These high-tech start-up corporations excelled in the telecommunications markets and Theresa was responsible for creating the brand, product branding, and development of marketing programs to capture venture investments, customers, and ultimately new owners of the organizations. Each company is now held as a portfolio product within Fortune 1000 companies. Theresa serves on the Board of Directors for the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, is an assistant coach for the Bantam Bulldogs Cheerleaders and serves on the Executive Committee and Legislative Committee for the Connecticut Association of Realtors and Vice Chair of the Leadership Institute for the National Association of Realtors. In 2013 Theresa was named a 40-under-40 award recipient in non-profit management by the Fairfield Business Journal.

Theresa has a BA in Economics from Colgate University and earned her MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. She has a witty, logical and theatrical 20-year old daughter named Emma and three precious labradoodles named Kailey, Zoey and Stevie Nix.

Dr. Lawrence Yun

Lawrence Yun is Chief Economist and oversees the Research group at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He supervises and is responsible for a wide range of research activities for the association, including NAR's Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report. He regularly provides commentary on real estate market trends.

Dr. Yun creates NAR's forecasts and participates in many economic forecasting panels, among them the Blue Chip Council and the Wall Street Journal Forecasting Survey. He also participates in the Industrial Economists Discussion Group at the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University. He appears regularly on financial news outlets, is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences throughout the United States, and has testified before Congress. Dr. Yun has also appeared as a guest on CSPAN's Washington Journal. In 2025, the Wall Street Journal congratulated him for having one of the closest forecasts for 2024.

Dr. Yun received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Rajeev Sajja

Rajeev Sajja is the Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Innovation at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, bringing over two decades of expertise in marketing and technology to his role.

He also serves on the Technology Excellence Panel for HomeServices of America. Recognized as a RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker in the Futurist category for 2023 and 2024, Rajeev is known for his forward-thinking leadership and commitment to innovation. He is passionate about helping agents adopt cutting-edge tools to grow their businesses. As the host of the weekly podcast Real Estate AI Flash, Rajeev makes AI both approachable and actionable for real estate professionals.

Rajeev will lead an interactive roundtable workshop on actionable AI strategies to grow your business, giving attendees practical tools and insights they can put into practice right away.
